How do I register for a class?
There are five easy ways to register:
-on line - Not all classes are available for on-line registration. Classes that are available have a clear box beside the course title. Find the class you want from the "courses" menu (at the left) and add your choice to your shopping cart. Please remember to read, "Things You Should Know".
-by fax - make a copy of the registration form and fax it to Customer Service at 513-844-8916. Please include Visa or Master Card information.
-by phone - call 513-645-8200. Have your Visa or Master Card ready for phone registrations.
-by mail - mail your registration form, along with payment to Butler Tech Adult Workforce Education, Attn: Customer Service, 3603 Hamilton-Middletown Road, Fairfield Township, Ohio 45011
-in person - we accept walk-in registrations only at Butler Tech's main campus, located in the D. Russel Lee Career~Technology Center at 3603 Hamilton Middletown Road, Fairfield Township, Ohio 45011.
Office hours: 8:30 A.M. to 9:30 P.M., Monday-Thursday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. on Friday.
Who can attend classes?
Adult Workforce classes are open to anyone 18 years of age or older.
Where can I get a catalog?
Catalogs are mailed out twice a year to residents in Bulter and Warren Counties. You can also request a catalog by:
-clicking on the link at the top left corner
-calling 513-645-8200 and request a catalog be sent to you.

Where are classes held?
All Fire, EMS, Paramedic, CPR/First Aid, Police and Advance Police classes are held at the Pubic Safety Education Center located at 5140 Princeton Glendale Road, Liberty Township, Ohio 45011. Phone 513-645-8350 for more information and directions.
All other classes are held on the main campus of Butler Tech in the D. Russel Lee Career~Technology Center at 3603 Hamilton Middletown Road, Fairfield Township, Ohio 45011. Phone 513-645-8200 for more information and directions.
Part-time Class Refund Policy
Category 1:
If a course meets for only five or fewer class sessions, a full refund is available if the student cancels 72 hours prior to the beginning of class. Partial refunds are not available for these classes.
Category 2:
For classes that meet for more than five sessions, a full refund is available if the student cancels 72 hours prior to the beginning of class. Once the student enters the class, tuition refunds are available as follows. No refunds are available for books or materials.
